The distance formula for two points A and B is \sqrt{(A_x-B_x)^2 + (A_y-B_y)^2}. Squaring this, we obtain (A_x-B_x)^2 + (A_y-B_y)^2. Thus the answer is the minimum value of this across all possible pairings of Alice, Bob, and Charlie.

Time Complexity: \mathcal O(1)
