This problem requires us to find the number of minutes it will take us to fill a bathtub of $L$ ~L~ litres using a hose which is capable of dispensing $K$ ~K~ litres per minute. We can input $L$ ~L~ and $K$ ~K~, and divide $L$ ~L~ by $K$ ~K~ directly, as it is guaranteed that $K$ ~K~ divides $L$ ~L~.

Time Complexity: $\mathcal{O}(1)$ ~\mathcal{O}(1)~
