For each timbit flavour, because of the definition of relative change, note that $O \times \left(1 + \frac{C}{100}\right) = P$ .

Thus, for each timbit flavour, our output is $\frac{P}{1 + \frac{C}{100}}$ ~\frac{P}{1 + \frac{C}{100}}~.
