Cheerio Contest 3

Welcome to the 3rd round of Cheerio, a competitive programming contest series hosted by RHHS! Since the CCC is quickly approaching, we have put together a mock CCC Senior contest.

The problem authors are rickyqin005, LeviDanjio and WilliamWu277.

The problem testers are yunz_qiao, fireheartjerry, Josh and InkJoy.

Special thanks to Riolku for organizing and reviewing the contest!

The contest contains 5 problems in approximately increasing order of difficulty, ranging from CCC S1 to CCC S5. Each problem is worth 15 points.

The contest will be rated for all participants with a rating under 2200.

You will have 3 hours to complete the contest. After the contest window begins, you may begin at any time. Once you enter the contest, your personal timer will start counting down, and you will be able to submit until 3 hours from when you started, or until the hard deadline (00:00:00 EST of February 8th), whichever comes first.

Top scoring RHHS students will be awarded prizes of unbelievable value!

Here are additional contest parameters:

  • Some problems offer partial points in the form of subtasks.
  • The scoreboard will be hidden, until your window is over.
  • There is a limit of 50 submissions per problem.
  • There is no incorrect solution penalty.
  • Checker: standard.
  • Ties in score will be broken by the last submission time that increased your score.
  • All problems are guaranteed to be solvable in C++ and Python.
