Random Theoretical Experiment 1

Welcome to the first Random Theoretical Experiment! This will be an unrated experimental contest featuring a single problem authored by rpeng. The problem has an O(m\log{n}) time solution, but involves several topics banned by the IOI.

Due to the nature of the contest, the relatively large resource limits, the relative error judging criteria, and the relative scoring scheme, access to data will be provided: check problem statement for details. The downside of this is that data will also be continuously added during the contest.

Top 3 contestants of this contest will receive a boatload of TimBits (aka. a $10 Tim Hortons gift card) and one of the following:

Problem Points AC Rate Users
Laplacian Solver: Low Accuracy Function Setup 1p 0.4% 2
Laplacian Solver: File I/O Setup 1p 0.0% 0
